Section 325
Disqualification Of Trustee
The following person shall not be
qualified to be a trustee:
(a) A person who is not competent to make contract,
(b) A person who has embezzled a property in his or
her custody,

(c) A person who has been convicted by a court of the
offense of corruption,
(d) A person who has been sentenced for a criminal
offense involving moral turpitude,
(e) A person who is the sole beneficiary of the trust
property.
